2) Contact us for any questions regarding the product you want to buy. We will give you and answer right away. (less than 24 hours)
 
REGARDING SUBLIMATION INKS

3) If you are buying JTeck sublimation inks, you will need to:
a) Fill in the Purchase Order to let us know the amount you intend to purchase, so we can send you the correct shipping fee.
b) After you receive the shipping fee, proceed to the store to make your purchase.
c) Fill in the blank shipping field with the amount calculated for your order, this will take you directly to pay-pal.

After we receive your payment confirmation, your order will be shipped by ups ground. (If you prefer a different shipping method, please let us know so we can give you the correct fee on the confirmation of your purchase order)

REGARDING JERSEYS (ANY KIND)

4) If you are interested in ordering jerseys, please contact us and let us know your needs. You will have to send us a purchase order and after payment, we’ll start the design approval process.

SOCCER
DREAM JERSEYS: We have this designs made for a faster response; you can modify them by adding your company, personal or team logo, school name, etc.

REPLICAS: We have 2 kinds, sublimated and xspeed soccer or xsoccer brands, either way you will have to check with us for team availability.  Delivery can take up to 7 days.

PIT CREW
RACING AND FISHING: This process takes up more time because all of the logos included on the jerseys. Contact us so we can let you know the correct file format needed for the art that will be included on the jerseys; we might already have them in our logo library.

PAINTBALL & MOTOCROSS:
We can design your team logo as well as your jerseys, or you can pick any design from our library and modify it, we also have an extensive logo library for this.  Extra costs apply for personal logo design.

DELIVERY TIME:
Most of our custom jerseys involve a designing and approval process, delivery time can take from 7 to 21 days, after payment and approval. (In most cases the whole process takes about 10 business days).

ART & DESIGN:
Art and logo design must be sent on any of the following art formats: .ai (adobe illustrator version cs2), .psd ( adobe Photoshop version cs or cs2) or .cdr (corel draw version 12). Color values should be set to RGB. If you have any questions please be free to contact us via email and we will help you with your design.

RELACIONADO A LAS TINTAS DE SUBLIMACION:
Si estas comprando tintas Jteck tienes que llenar una orden de compra, para decirnos que presentación, cantidad y colores estás comprando, y hacia donde lo vamos a enviar, normalmente el envio de 1kg a 5kg, cuesta $100 pesos mn. y se tarda en llegar de 2 a 4 días. La presentación original de nuestras tintas es de 1litro por lo que si requieres de menor cantidad, tendrás que contactarnos, para checar el precio y la disponibilidad de esa presentación de menos de 1litro.

Las tintas son fabricadas en Italia y nosotros las usamos para realizar todos nuestros productos mostrados en nuestra pagina web,  www.dreamfans.com.mx; usamos plotters de impresión Epson de gran formato, pero nuestras tintas no tapan los cabezales como la mayoría; nosotros hemos utilizado, las americanas, koreanas y chinas y hemos tenido mejores resultados con estas italianas, por eso tomamos la distribución de las mismas. Son recomendables para plotters de impresión de gran formato de marcas epson, roland, mimaki, mutho o cualquier impresora que sus cabezales sean tecnología piezo.

RELACIONADO A LOS JERSEYS DE CUALQUIER TIPO:
Es importante que antes de comprar cualquier jersey nos contactes por email, ya que todos los jerseys tienen un proceso para realizarlos, si compras jerseys de soccer y son replicas de algún equipo, tenemos de 2 tipos, sublimados y de las marcas xsoccer y speedsoccer, en las secciones correspondientes encontrarás las diferencias entre unas y otras. Normalmente en envío de cualquier uniforme va desde 3 a 21 días, dependiendo del tipo de uniforme que compres y el proceso.
